Fiji is a true tropical paradise

Nothing is rushed or hurried. Relax and take it all in. “When in Fiji as a visitor, it appears that time stands still, and the whole country exists just for your pleasure, welcome smiles, warm eyes, and a friendly sense of humor. Relaxation is encouraged, and the tropical climate ensures a feeling of contagious laziness. Experience the Real Fiji and let yourself go. Time is not the essence - Fiji Time just goes on, and on, and on....and on....” From the book Fiji time by Glen Craig and Peter Henning

ADVENTURE - Fiji is just made for adventure. It has been home to two of the most rugged, tough adventure shows on TV. So take the word of the experts – The tribe has spoken!

ROMANCE - Walking hand-in-hand on a deserted beach, sun warming your heart and soul. Relax or play or hideaway. For a wedding or honeymoon destination Fiji is perfect. You can choose a traditional Fijian wedding where you are carried by warriors on a platform above their heads or just a simple barefoot ceremony on the beach. Fijian marriages are considered legal marriages. Contact me for more information on how to get married in Fiji. From small intimate islands to five star resorts, Fiji has a place just made for your honeymoon. Picture private bures on white sand beaches, the hammock swinging in the breeze. Flowers everywhere. What a great place to relax after the wedding and start your marriage in style. If you are already married, how about renewing your vows in this idyllic setting? Most resorts have vow renewal packages and make it extremely easy to plan. My husband and I renewed our vows in Fiji in 2009, so I speak from experience.

CRUISING – There are 3, 4 and 7 day cruises in Fiji. These are smaller vessels not large ships so you can get in and around the islands. Some are more luxurious than others. There are also some adventure and backpacker type cruises as well. These are more basic boats with heavy emphasis on the experience.

PAMPERING – Relax by the pool with a cocktail. Indulge in a massage that soothes the soul and rejuvenates the body before fine wining and dining. There is nothing quite like having a spa treatment in a bure in the trees. Cool off in your outdoor shower then fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

CULTURE – Visit a village and participate in a kava ceremony. Shop the craft markets for woven mats or wooden items. Attend a meke (dance) or a lovo (meal) Listen to the harmonious and beautiful Fijian singing. Hear the stories and learn about the traditions
